DESIGN+SHOP accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

TAXES
DESIGN+SHOP will withhold sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location in New York State. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of New York City, 8.625%.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified, DESIGN+SHOP will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 3 business days of purchase. DESIGN+SHOP will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 90 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Please note:
- The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition.
- If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
